Control Room District Rahim Yar Khan helpline is a single window IT enabled, facility of District Government Rahim Yar Khan that enables effective citizens and Government interaction. Envisaged as a Government to Citizen (G2C) interface, the helpline will ensure the quick delivery of critical information, which is otherwise either inaccessible or difficult for the citizens to trace. The relevance of a Government / Public helpline is more important in the context of increased focus on e-Governance and with the implementation of the Right to Information Act for providing information to the citizens in a user-friendly manner. This Integrated Control Room District Rahim Yar Khan Toll free Helpline was made informally operational on January 12, 2016, works 24*7.
