Inspection of cooperative societies
According to the Departmental policy, total 1141 Cooperative Societies are to be inspected annually. This shall be inspected according to the schedule.
Audit of cooperative societies
Similarly the Audit 1141 Cooperative Societies in whole the District are to be conducted annually,Which shall be audited as per schedule prgrammes.
Preparation of annual statement & annual report for the year 2016-17
Preparation of Annual Statements & Reports of Cooperative Societies is an important task of the Department. Hence the field staff of the Department shall prepare Annual Statement & report regarding performance of each Society during the year 2016-17. This task shall be completed by consolidation at Markaz, Tehsil & District level.
Verification of advance loan Kharif 2017
The Field staff of the Department shall verify the loan from the barrowers on the spot so advanced to them during Kharif,2017.
Advancement of loan for Kharif 2017
Out of total allocation for advancement of loan Kharif 2018, a sum of Rs. 906.53 has been advanced to 437 cooperative societies (1774 Barrowers). This loan should be recovered up to 31.12.2018 and new loan for crop Rabi 2018-19 would be advanced.
Recovery of non performance loans
Heavy Non performance loans amounting to Rs. 348.41 is outstanding is the District, for recovery of the same 50% target amounting to Rs. 117.28 shall achieved. Recovery process is continuing.
